Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with CLOUD MATRIX DIGITAL. This policy explains how to request a refund for cloud services purchased from CLOUD MATRIX DIGITAL LLC. Because we deliver services rather than physical products, there are no product returns. Refunds are handled as described below. Effective date: 2026-10-10.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Cloud provider charges

Any charges billed directly to you by AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or another provider for resources in your account are governed by that provider's terms. They are not charged by us.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
