How the service is delivered

Appointments are scheduled with you after contact. The service is delivered at 1603 CAPITOL AVE SUITE 413G-2736, CHEYENNE, WYOMING 82001 or remotely, as agreed. No shipping costs apply.

What happens after purchase

After your payment is approved, we contact you by e-mail or phone. We confirm the scope in your proposal and schedule the first session, such as a planning meeting or environment review.

Remote access and deliverables

Most work is performed remotely in your cloud environment, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, using the access you authorize.

Deliverables like configurations, reports and documentation are provided through agreed digital channels.

Timelines

The schedule for each engagement is set out in your proposal. It depends on the scope and on the access and information you provide.
