We offer cloud planning and migration, infrastructure configuration, and ongoing management of environments on providers such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We also offer cost optimization, backup, security and technical support.

The scope, deliverables and schedule of each engagement are described in the proposal or order you accept before paying.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. The full price is shown before you pay.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Your proposal states whether cloud provider usage fees are included or are billed to you directly by the provider.

Recurring charges

We do not charge you on a recurring basis without your express agreement.

If a service you choose involves a recurring charge, the proposal and checkout will state the amount, the billing interval and how to cancel before you pay.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

Purchases are limited to persons 18 or older who are authorized to act for the business they represent.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and the access needed to perform the service. You must also hold the rights to the systems and data you ask us to work on.
